Company Settings & Integrations
Where: Company → Settings (Company Admins only).

Company profile
Legal name, address, contact details and your GSTIN — the master record that appears on printed documents and drives GST math (CGST/SGST vs IGST). Keep the GSTIN accurate; the GST Agent validates it with a real checksum.
Integrations
Company email (Brevo) — connect this first
Documents (quotations, invoices, POs…) and agent emails (collections reminders, follow-ups) send from your company's own address:
- Create a free Brevo account and get an API key.
- Verify your sender address in Brevo (they email a confirmation; for best deliverability set up the domain DNS records Brevo suggests).
- In ZAPTIZ: Settings → Integrations → Email — paste the API key and sender address, connect.
Until connected, the Email buttons across the app show "Connect your company email first." — and agent emails fall back to the platform sender with your reply-to.
Razorpay — your money, your account
Connect your company's own Razorpay keys so invoice Pay-Now links & QR codes deposit directly into your bank. Full setup (including the important webhook) is covered in Payments & Pay Now.
Your ZAPTIZ subscription is billed via the platform's Razorpay — your keys here are only ever used for your customers' invoice payments. The two never mix.
Zoho Books (optional)
Connect Zoho Books to sync customers, vendors, quotations (as Estimates), and invoices. Once connected, Zoho sync buttons appear on the relevant records for admins and accountants. India data-centre accounts are supported.
Email themes
Pick the colour theme used by every document email your company sends — so your emails match your brand. (The platform's own system emails have a separate platform-level theme.) See Email Logs & Themes.
