One rule above all
Every agent ships in draft-and-approve mode. Reminders, follow-ups, requisitions, quotations, GRNs — the AI drafts them, a human clicks Approve/Confirm/Send. Auto-pilot modes exist but are off by default and opt-in per agent. Wherever money is involved, the numbers are computed deterministically in code — the AI writes the words, never the figures.

- Photo Analyzer — photo of a panel → every component identified and matched at three budget tiers.
- BOM Generator — description or drawing → complete parts list.
- Panel Design Studio — draw, trace, measure, count → costed BOM.
- Drawing Manager — the library that feeds the analyzers.
- Auto Costing — BOM → traced selling price.
How agents run
- Scheduled sweeps — Collections, Follow-ups, Procurement, Planner, Briefing and GST run automatically (daily/hourly/monthly as appropriate). Each also has a Run now button.
- On demand — Quote Studio, Invoice Reader, Price OCR and all the tools run when you click.
- Always on — Security Sentinel screens every AI prompt inline.
The "How it works" banners
Every AI page opens with a dismissible banner explaining the feature in three steps. Dismiss it with × — it collapses to a "How does X work?" pill you can reopen any time.
Paying for it
AI usage is metered in credits — a small chat costs a few dozen, a full photo analysis a few hundred. Every feature also has per-user rate limits. Full details: AI Credits & Limits.
