Email logs
Where: Company → Email Logs (Company Admins only).
Every email ZAPTIZ sends on your company's behalf is logged — document emails (quotations, invoices, POs, receipts), agent emails (collections reminders, follow-ups), and system messages. Each entry records what was sent, to whom, when, and its delivery status.
Use it to answer the classic disputes: "You never sent the invoice" → here's the log entry, with the timestamp and address.
Email themes
Where: Company → Template Center → Email Theme.
Every email your company sends is wrapped in a branded, colour-themed layout. Pick the theme that matches your brand — it applies to all document and agent emails from your company.
- Company theme — your document/agent emails (you control this).
- Platform theme — ZAPTIZ's own system emails (OTP codes, sign-in alerts); styled at platform level.
