Managing Your Subscription

What you can do
- See your plan — current plan, renewal date, seats, and this month's AI credit usage (used vs available).
- Upgrade / change plan — checkout happens online via Razorpay (cards/UPI). The new plan applies immediately.
- Buy credit top-ups — when a busy month burns through the allowance, top up without changing plans.
- Renewal reminders — ZAPTIZ emails you before renewal; lapsed subscriptions pause the AI agents (your data stays intact and readable).
Watching AI spend
- The subscription page shows the month's credit consumption.
- The AI Usage Report (Reports page) breaks it down by feature — see exactly which agent or tool is spending what.
- Every AI call keeps a full per-call cost breakdown in the usage history, so the bill is never a mystery. See AI Credits & Limits.
