Before you write to support
A minute of preparation gets you a faster answer:
- Check the FAQ and Troubleshooting pages — the most common issues are covered there.
- Include what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead (the exact error text helps enormously).
- Mention your company name and the page you were on (the URL is ideal).
- Screenshots welcome.
