How the numbers are computed
- Revenue is based on billed invoices (Sent / Partially Paid / Paid / Overdue) — drafts, cancellations and credit notes are excluded.
- Profit = billed line totals minus each product's cost price × quantity — another reason to keep cost prices filled in.
- The aggregation itself is done in code from your live database; the AI chooses the right analysis and writes the insight line.
Who sees what
Analytics respects roles: admins and accountants get everything; sales roles get trends, top entities and status breakdowns but not the receivables ledger.
Cost
Charts are metered as ordinary chat turns under AI credits — no separate charge.
