Personal Settings & Security
Where: click your avatar → Settings. Every role has this page — it's about you, not the company.

Profile
Your display name and contact details — what colleagues see across the app. Edit and save.
Security
- Change password — enter your current password and a new one.
- Multi-factor authentication (MFA) — add a second factor to your sign-in. Strongly recommended for admins and accountants; your admin may enforce it company-wide via the Security Center.
Three security habits worth having
- Turn on MFA — it defeats essentially all password-guessing attacks.
- Watch for new-IP sign-in alert emails — if one wasn't you, change your password immediately.
- Remember ZAPTIZ allows one active session — if you keep getting signed out, someone else may be using your account. Don't share logins; invitations are free.
Notifications
Choose how you're notified — the in-app bell feed and browser push notifications (see Notifications for enabling push). Company-wide notification behaviour is configured by your admin.
What's not here
Company-level settings — branding, integrations, email sender, payment keys, modules — live in Company Settings and need admin rights.
