Notifications
ZAPTIZ keeps you posted two ways:

The bell feed (in-app)
The bell icon in the navbar shows a live feed with an unread badge. Notifications arrive in real time over a live connection — no refreshing. Click one to jump to the thing it's about.
What lands in the feed (roughly 30 kinds of events, routed to the roles that care):
- Sales — quotations confirmed, orders created.
- Money — payments received (including online Pay-Now payments, live), invoices overdue.
- Purchase — requisitions awaiting approval, GRNs confirmed.
- Production — jobs changing stage, QC results, dispatches.
- AI agents — drafts awaiting your approval ("3 reminders drafted"), briefing ready, GST health results, security incidents.
Browser push
Enable push in Personal Settings → Notifications and allow notifications when the browser asks. You'll then get system notifications even when the ZAPTIZ tab is closed.
Check that your browser allows notifications for the site (the padlock icon in the address bar), and that your OS isn't in Do Not Disturb / Focus mode. The in-app bell works regardless.
Email
Some events also arrive by email — sign-in alerts from new IPs, the Daily Briefing if enabled, and agent summaries. Document emails you send (quotations, invoices) are logged separately in the email logs.
